So, the thing about grid layouts is that often times, the layout will move with every single container. This makes it so that every time you put something big in here, everything else will get really big. Which could trip you up if youre going for a specific look and suddenly the nav is like 17 times its original size.
Scrollboxes like these give you a little bit more leeway because you can control how big or small your section is without directly needing to go into css and without it affecting the other boxes. Plus, idk it gives your website a bit more interactibility and makes it more fun
